How long do I commit?
Care plans run at least 12 months, and you can cancel with one month's notice before the term ends. The 12 months aren't a lock-in, they're the work itself: visibility on Google and in AI answers doesn't happen in eight weeks.
How long until the website is live?
Usually one week. If there's no brand look yet and we develop logo, colors and fonts as well, two. What matters most is how fast your content reaches us. The roadmap lists what we need from you and when, so nothing sits idle.
What do we have to deliver?
Less than you think. We write the copy, create the images and handle the tech anyway. From you we need what only you know: what you offer, what your customers ask, what sets you apart. We clarify that in one or two calls, no homework. Two rounds of revisions are included. Extra work beyond that is quoted to you before we start.
What if we don't continue after the call?
Then that's it. The call is free and without obligation, there's no catch and we won't chase you afterwards. The quote is free too, and you commit only when you accept it. You commit only when you accept it.
Do you track our visitors?
No. The website loads its fonts, scripts and images from our own servers, not from third parties, so no tracking scripts run on it. Messages from the contact form reach us by email via Microsoft 365. You'll find the details in our privacy policy.
